What are the available services?
LiveRepair.com's Help Desk system is available as an ASP (Application Service Provider) solution to be used by your own support department in supporting your products, internal and external clients. Features include:
First-level Support LiveRepair.com technical experts will answer all the first-level support inquiries that come from your customers. We will, for example, explain to your customers how to install and configure software and hardware products in the most efficient way to avoid conflicts. Questions on operating systems, office applications, computer optimization are also resolved by the experts. Our Help Desk staff will apply solutions and answers directly on your customer's PC via Screen Sharing. Dedicated Support We are ready to support not only first-level questions, but also become the support department for you. With extensive knowledge on your products, our Experts will support your product fully and train your customers on its installation, configuration and usage. Additionally, your customers will get full support of other software and hardware on their computers, thus having a single point of support source for any PC-related problems, around-the-clock.
