On December 24, 2002, Retlub Technologies, LLC, signed a partnership agreement with LiveRepair.com, Inc., by which Retlub Technologies, a Maryland provider of onsite technical support and IT consulting services, will launch a private-label version of LiveRepair online PC support service. |

On December 24, 2002, Retlub Technologies, LLC, signed a partnership agreement with LiveRepair.com, Inc., by which Retlub Technologies, a Maryland provider of onsite technical support and IT consulting services, will launch a private-label version of LiveRepair online PC support service. The new service, called IT-PitStop.com (http://www.it-pitstop.com), is scheduled to come online on March 3, 2003, and provide its customers all the benefits of LiveRepair's support features. It will allow customers to access support help desk any time from anywhere in the world, get problems instantly resolved with the help of remo e diagnostics, and even have help desk technicians directly apply solutions on computers via Screen Sharing. |
